From obstacle courses, Tug War and an egg race to hoolahooping and parachutes Field Day was quite an adventure!
Field Day at JIQ was a competitive blast as Kita Bet competed the Blue and Green teams keeping a close count until the very end of the races. Kita Bet practiced their friendship skills learning how to be happy for the other team if your team didn't win, as well as learning how to give their all to what they are working on.

We were very excited to welcome our brand new smartboard into our Classroom. As we transition to the new technology we are loving the many new opportunities of innovative and engaging learning activities the smartboard provides . Our students of the month were announced at our Rosh Chodesh assembly, Congartulations to Batya, Bracha and Yonatan for all your wonderful work! Kita Bet is so proud of you!
We also learned all about Sefira by our assembly and did a fun interactive activity with our buddy class 6b - you see, we are working on our Ahavat Yisroel to prepare ourselves for Sefira, and so we did a special heart activity where we weaved together our decorated piece and our partners to create and beautiful intertwined heart. With the beautiful weather outside Kita Bet took a stroll outside and stopped by one of our neighbors houses to do a special Mitzvah we only get to do once a year - Birchat Hailanot. It is a spcial Mitzvah to make a Blessing on a new blooming fruit tree in the Month of Nisan. Kita Bet grabbed the opportunity to do this rare Mitzah and made in just in time before the month of Nisan was over.
